I wanted this primarily to avoid the moody wooden boards and also to avoid micro plastics from plastic boards. Both also get loads of scratches / marks on the surface. Glass boards are good but are breakable. I was concerned that this might give off loud sounds when the knife comes in contact but pleasantly surprised to find the product amazing. I’d happily recommend it to others.

Yes, it says stainless in the title, but it also says titanium so that it shows up as an option when searching for titanium boards. My own fault for not reading carefully. A perfectly good stainless board, but I thought I was ordering titanium. No-quibble return with Amazon service, but with careful reading of other comments it looks like 90% of the boards advertised as titanium on Amazon are actually stainless steel.

They might have supplied the defective to me as the board was heavy and made of aluminum, its edges are so sharp and unable to hold it, I have not used it as was just like holding a sharp knife.Returned it and got the refund.
