I have a boxer that gets overheated very easily, but loves being outside with people. We got this dog shelter for our backyard that has all-day sun that way our boy can enjoy a bit of shade, while hanging out with his peeps. It is large enough for our boxer or our 100 pound shepherd/boxer mix. Relatively easy to assemble and I have had no issues as of yet with the summer storms popping up.

Returned this as it was way to small for our mid-size dog, despite description. Think wrong size was in carton or carton mislabeled.

I got this as an item off one of my wish-lists so it won't show up as a 'verified purchase'. After a lot of tinkering, I realized the instructions were wrong. The B and C in the parts list was mixed up. Once I figured that out, it was a breeze to put together. It won't protect from heavy rain much but will do great for a shade this summer! My pups are kept indoors so rain isn't a bother ha. My 60lb German Shepherd for scale. She was eating grass.

Instructions were incorrect. Spent a lot of time trying to make sense of it. Secondly there were no nails to secure it to the ground as shown in the picture. Highly disappointed.

The end result is that you are getting what you paid for but I'm not sure it's worth it. As others have said the instructions aren't reliable but it's not too complicated to figure out if you like puzzles. For a quick cheap throw up cover it'll work but there are other comparably priced products that will be better in the long run. Size is good but I don't know if it'll hold up well in wind or heavy snow unless you have it itself in a protected area.
