Pierre Biscuiterie French Butter Cookies with Lemon & Almond 5.29 Ounce Box (Pack of 3)

I crushed these cookies and used them as the crust for a cheesecake. They were absolutely delicious.

These are good, buttery cookies. They have good flavor (lemon + almond); and are quite sweet. I would have preferred something a bit less sweet, but that is totally a matter of personal preference. While the outside boxes were a bit mashed on the edges, the cookies inside were fine (e.g. not broken). They are wrapped in threes which helps the cookies stay fresh, which is helpful to me.

These are delicate cookies in every way. They are thin and have a mild crunch. They have a pleasant but mild flavor. I have nothing bad to say about them, and I have nothing to rave about them. They are quite nice in a most gentle way.

These are very tasty butter biscuits. I love that their are individually wrapped packages of 5 small biscuits which preserves freshness.I ordered the fruit ones also but those tasted stale and chewy and the chocolate covered ones came all melty when received in FL.I originally found the pierre butter biscuits at homegoods for 2.99 a box and bought all they had which wasnt much. So i found these online, albeit it is $2 more a box but at least I found them.

The crumbs were great but Amazon in its infinite wisdom puts this small cookie box package in a big box with no padding...The results is cookie dust

Very ordinary butter cookie, and a bit stale. It’s certainly edible, and good if you have some coffee with it, but overall, I’m disappointed, and I wouldn’t buy it again. Oh well!

The packaging is very convenient in stopping my over eating tendencies. There are 4 packages of 4 cookies in every box. The perfect amount for a sweet treat. You can eat them as is and they are great but my personal favorite is dipping them in hot coffee. I buy the Sea Salt Caramel flavor and the hot liquid melds with the flavor and makes the tiny pieces of crunchy caramel melt. Because it is mailed, they do occasionally come in with a few broken pieces but honestly I think that’s to be expected.
