I've been using the BenQ GR10 for about a month now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I previously used an 8-in-1 docking station, but the quality of the GR10 is on another level.I mainly work on my MacBook Air, treating it like a desktop setup at home, so I needed a stable, high-quality dock that could smoothly connect to a larger screen. The GR10 has exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is the L-shaped USB head, which helps streamline my workspace by minimizing cable clutter. I love that they put little detail into the touch. Bought this device to use it to stream geforcenow from my ROG ALLY to my OLED tv which supports 120hz and HDR.This was the only dock that worked without any issues for me to support 4k at 120hz. Now i can game in my living room at 120hz with no issues.Most docks support only 60hz at 4k, i believe there are a one or two others that claim 120hz@4k but the Benq one has worked well for me.

The BenQ GR10 is easily the best purchase I’ve made in a while. The flip-up design is genius—compact but still packed with all the ports I need, like HDMI 2.1 and USB4.0. The build quality feels premium, and it’s made my gaming setup so much more organized and efficient. If you’re a Steam Deck user, this dock is a game-changer. Highly recommend!

Great product works well

I’ve been using the GR10 with my Steam Deck for a bit now, and honestly, I really like it. The design is super clean and practical! The low-key, professional look without all the flashy RGB stuff is perfect for my setup. The build quality feels solid, and the flip stand is a nice bonus. That said, I do wish it had an SD card reader...

I have confirmed the original steam deck 45 watt charger works without the dock as well as an anker 120 watt charger works without the dock. But as soon as you plug the power cable into the dock and connect it to the steam deck it does not provide enough power to the steam deck. This is confirmed with the LED being orange at the top.*IMPORTANT*After many tests the max this unit allows to pass through when connected to the steam deck is 30 watts regardless of what power source you have. That is not enough to charge the device while playing games defeating the purpose of buying the product since it’s a dock!

Nice small dock to use with my steamdeck, hooks up well with my projector and runs my game smoothly while displaying it.
