Great Purchase
I recently purchased the Champion Power Equipment 11,000-Watt Electric Start Dual Fuel Home Backup Portable Inverter Generator, and I couldn't be more impressed. From delivery to setup, the entire process was smooth and straightforward.Delivery & PackagingThe generator arrived on time, and while the outer box had some minor damage, Champion’s packaging ensured everything inside was in perfect condition. Extra layers of cardboard and foam protected the generator, and all parts were securely packed and accounted for.AssemblyAssembly was quick and easy. A regular screwdriver and a 10mm socket were all I needed to attach the two legs and the axle to the bottom of the generator. Everything fit perfectly, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Champion even includes an easy-access pouch with tools to help get you started.PerformanceOnce assembled, the generator started up effortlessly. The electric start is a fantastic feature and saves so much effort compared to manual pull starts. It’s dual fuel, so I have the flexibility to run it on gas or propane.Build QualityThe generator feels sturdy and well-built, and the design looks durable enough to handle long-term use. The materials and components seem high-quality, giving me confidence that it will last for years.Quiet Technology & CO ShieldThe "Quiet Technology" truly lives up to its name—it runs much quieter than I expected for a generator of this power. The CO Shield safety feature is also a great addition, giving me peace of mind when operating it.Overall ImpressionThis generator checks all the boxes: reliable performance, user-friendly setup, and robust build quality. Whether you're using it for home backup or outdoor activities, it’s a great investment. Champion has delivered a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and dependable portable generator.

Seems Perfect So Far
I purchased this dual fuel generator for use as a home backup electric supply during commercial power outages. My previous experience with gasoline only generators was not great, I found them to be overly noisy and prone to surging. As we are on a well instead of municipal water supply, we need a dependable 240v source, water being to us by far the most important commodity during an extended outage. The generator came very well packaged, and the delivery from Amazon was well coordinated and problem free. The only assembly required is the installation of the wheel set and small support legs. I did find that adding the pre-measured, supplied motor oil was a tad difficult, the funnel that came with the generator doesn’t actually fit down inside the neck of the oil fill area and, with the weight of the generator it wasn’t possible to tip it over to improve the flow. This resulted in some spillage which accumulated inside the generator “body” and dripped out over the next few days. Not a huge big deal, the weather was barely above freezing when I did this so the viscosity was greater than normal.I was quite pleased at how readily the engine started, so far I have only run it on propane and it starts, idles, and throttles up as load is increased very smoothly. It is significantly quieter than any generator I’ve used before, and it runs our well pump and the half dozen other circuits I’ve enabled without any problem.Despite its considerable weight, the folding handle makes wheeling it around about as easy as possible. The electric start is a great feature, I only wish that there was an easy way to hook up a trickle charger to the battery, which is accessed through a removable panel.I would recommend this generator without hesitation anyone requiring dependable, relatively quiet portable power.

Auxiliary power in a quiet and well thought out package.
This generator is amazing. It set up quickly and you can tell thought went into the design and layout. Its very easily serviceable and barely breaks a sweat running most of my shop when the power has gone out or when we were having the service upgraded.Generators are one of those things you don't want to need but you are happy you have one when you need one. I personally feel that buying the slightly more expensive inverter model was worth the extra, its very quiet compared to similarly sized generators I have used in the past. Easy to operate and easy to move.

11000w dual fuel inverter
This generator seems very well made. I just finished the break in process and hooked it up to my house. I ran the house for about 3 hours and I was very impressed. With all breakers energized my household wattage is about 1500. That’s 2 fridges, a stand up deep freezer, I had a tv on as well as router, alarm system, and all the rest of the house that uses a little bit of power. I also had my pool pump running, it’s a variable speed pump set at a low run speed like 400 watts. All that did absolutely nothing to this generator. But then I turned my 4 ton ac on and it kicked on without much of a hiccup. (Hyper Engineering soft start). Once that was running my total watts were about 4800. I then turned on my microwave (1900) watts. The generator revved up to about 70% on the power gauge, then back to about 50% after the microwave went off. This is everything I need and then some. The only thing I didn’t try was my 1.5 ton upstairs ac which also has a soft start. It would be no problem but I would probably not run both ac’s at the same time. But even running at 50% load running the 4 ton this generator is pretty quiet. Overall I’m more than happy about it and hopefully it lasts for many years.

Works great very quiet
This product is very quiet and works great. We ran it for 12hrs on 2 refrigerators and 1 deep freeze on 1 tank of gas during hurricane season. Definitely worth the price.

This thing is big!
It’s a monster, but very quiet for a 11kw generator.
