Excellent value for money
Small easy to swallow capsules containing the same active ingredient as the branded diarrhoea relief tablets. Dosage is 2 at the first sign of diarrhoea with a further capsule for each subsequent episode. I find taking the initial 2 to be effective enough that I don't need the extra capsules. The loperamide is that good and it works really quickly.I actually use these as a preventative measure as I have IBS as well as some food intolerances. I take one capsule for this and it is highly effective.You get 24 boxes of 6 capsules which is an awful lot of capsules but they work out at excellent value for money. Expiry is Dec 2026 so there's plenty of time to use them.

Effective as the major brands for a lot less
I unfortunately suffer from IBS, the type which means I do get diarrhoea on a reasonably regular basis. These work reliably and effectively for me every time - one initial dose of two tablets is often enough, if not one more after the second "episode" does the trick.The hard capsules are very small and smooth so they're very easy to swallow, and the quality is exactly the same as any branded version of this as the active ingredient is identical. The packets are quite small and discreet so you can keep some in a bag for when you need them.If you use a lot of these, as I am afraid I do, then getting 144 tablets will last you a while.At the current Subscribe and Save price these work out at about 57p a pack of 6, which is a good price, but I can find these for 59p per pack at a well-known high street chain, so not a huge saving - but to be fair they are sometimes out of stock and if you need to keep a fair supply on hand, this is a convenient way of getting them delivered.
