Great flavor for the entire family
This flavor is delicious and hydrating. One squirt and water just became much easier to drink. I'm not sure if it helped me unwind, but I was able to sit and enjoy it. This is a hard-to-find flavor in my area so I was grateful to be able to find it here on Amazon.

It tastes great. I don't know about calming affects. I do like the addition to my nighttime water routine. The extra B vitamins is a bonus.

This taste really good, but I don’t notice any calming affect. I would say buy it purely for flavor not for its features and benefits. It’s a really good value for money. Very refreshing, especially in bubbly water.
