THE Best Tumble Basket I Have Ever Owned
For a few decades now, I have been making my legendary sugar-glazed chicken wings in a tumble basket on a spit on my grill. I have been through at least 4 different kinds of baskets so I think that I can speak with some authority when I say that this is hands-down THE best of the lot. No tumble basket is easy to clean and trying to get it shiny new after every use seems a waste of time. That said, this basket works flawlessly, with nary a wing getting hung up like other baskets. It is very high quality and the door works perfectly and easily.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Makes amazing chicken wings!
This is a long overdue review for the Only Fire Stainless Steel Rotisserie Grill. I bought this to use with my 22-inch Weber kettle and Weber rotisserie motor and spit. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews that mentioned the basket has sharp edges. My basket had no issues with sharp edges. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I use this basket pretty much 90% of the time when I’m doing rotisserie. It works wonderfully.Using it for party wings (drumettes and flats) has become one of our favorite recipes. We served them to company last night and they were effusive in their reviews which reminded me I’ve been meaning to post a review. I do use cooking spray as other reviewers suggest. I remove the screws before putting it in the dishwasher and it cleans up sparklingly. The spit takes a little elbow grease to clean with a scouring sponge but the five minutes that it takes is well worth it. The wings come out crisp and moist. We usually put out dipping sauces like blue cheese, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce but the wings have such a great chicken flavor that folks generally just enjoy them straight up. I hunted around for a recipe and put together this which has served me well. Highly recommended purchase. For each two pounds of party wings (drumettes and flats) mix with:• ½ Tablespoon each of olive oil, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder• 1 Tablespoon of kosher salt• Dry brine in the fridge for 2-4 hours.• Use cooking spray to coat the basket and then roast over indirect heat with a foil pain underneath to catch the drippings. 2 pounds will take about 45 minutes. 4 pounds may take a little more than an hour.I’ve used a full chimney of lit charcoal briquets split between two Weber charcoal baskets but now I half fill a Slow ‘n’ Sear with unlit lump charcoal and pour half a chimney of lit coals on top. Both approaches work great. With the Slow’n’Sear method, I don’t have to take the Slow’n’Sear out of the kettle (yes, I’m that lazy) and I also theorize that some of the juices drip on the lit charcoal possibly adding flavor.

Great for the rotisserie - but you need to read this first
Purchased this basket to use on my Joetisserie for my Kamado grill. Chicken wings, legs, thighs, meatballs, roasting chilis - this basket does it all. There are a few things you need to know -The wire cage of this basket has a few sharp edges, so BE AWARE of this when you take it out of the package and wash it for the first time. Not a huge deal, but better to know beforehand, than getting a surprise cut! I used a small file to take care of this issue. No sharp edges anymore ( there were only 3)The other issue is cleaning after use. You can help make cleaning easier by spraying with Pam or a similar product before use. Afterwards, I soak mine in the sink for an hour or so, then use a stiff bristle nylon brush. It cleans right up.I purchased the stainless steel model, personally not liking Teflon coated stuff. The longevity of it would be questionable, considering necessary cleaning. I wonder how long it would take until little bits of Teflon started coming off - maybe in your food! That won’t happen with stainless steel. That said, I am happy with the purchase and the quality. The minor issue of the sharp edges of the wire basket were not a problem for me. At the price point you pay for this basket, I would not expect perfection with the type of material. Again, a quick, careful removal and inspection, with 3 little touch ups trailed this for me. Based on the cleaning and not perfect out of the box, I felt I needed to subtract 1 Star. This basket works well. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Decent quality.
I like this rotisserie basket. Seems of good quality for the price. The latches seem very secure a have no extremely rough edges as described in other reviews. I recommend this product b

Fit more than 3 lbs of wings. Probably could have crammed more in.
Note that there are some sharp edges - this isn't a top-of-the-line item. But it fits way more than I expected, and did a fantastic job on my Joetisserie. Cleaning was a bit of a PiTA, but I imagine most baskets are like that. The mesh is small enough that I think you could probably put beans in it if you wanted to, in addition to larger foods, so it's very versatile. Glad I bought it. Might upgrade to some of their more specialty models.

Too cool :)
Bought this out of curiosity for roasting peppers at home. Thru some corn on the cobb in with the peppers, it all came out surprisingly good. I will be using this much more than expected.

It fits the Kamado Joe "JoTisserie" attachment on my Large "Big Green Egg."
The basket is easy to attach to a rotisserie spit, and the motor turns it at an appropriate speed. I have used it to roast chicken pieces and carrot and potato chunks. It's a bit tricky to open the basket when it is hot, but practice makes perfect.
