Panasonic has the best electrochemists in the industry; these rechargeables never wear out and hold a charge ~5x a disposable lead-acid AA. I've had them for 6 years now still going strong! They're worth every penny and pay for themselves within a year.

Tried several types of rechargeable batteries but these last longer even with many recharges. Still haven’t had any fail after several years of use.

I use them for Xbox controller and remotes and they last a very long time, the charging does take a little longer than expected and charging the AAA batteries seems a little funky until you get use to it. I would buy these again.

I did a lot of research into rechargeable batteries and chargers before I bought this because I had no experience using rechargeable batteries. What I like about the charger is that you can charge any combination of AA or AAA batteries and it stops charging when they are full. The indicator light is very helpful in letting you know when they are charged. The batteries seem to last way longer that even the best throw away batteries I've used. Batteries used to last me less than a week in my fire stick remote. (My daughter loves to scroll and push buttons when choosing a youtube show). Now my batteries last almost a month and I don't have to keep a watchful eye on them while they are charging so I can put them in overnight.

I just received the product and haven't really used them yet but I wanted to leave this review to clear up something that almost kept me from buying this. The aaa batteries are suppose to be seated on a diagonal, and when this is done the batteries are kept securely in the charger and don't fall out. I was confused at first too because they don't really snap in like you'd expect but they are held in and make proper contact to charge. The batteries came fully charged as well.

I use this battery for my Sony flash and even though I haven’t use them so much the quality of this product looks special

The Eneloop brand batteries are made in Japan and they're solid, but the charger is made in China and it's complete trash. After several uses, the lights started blinking in an odd pattern, like it has a problem. The manual says that it's normal for the LED lights to blink and then turn constant when charging starts, but mine keeps blinking for hours, which is clearly NOT normal. However, when I put those same batteries into my old charger (also Chinese-made, but from a different company), it starts charging immediately, and charges them just fine! I bought this Panasonic charger only because I thought it would be an upgrade over my previous one, but ended up wasting money.
