So nearly got it right
It's good. Pairs to 2 devices cancels noise, when you have a call coming it doesn'tcut the original call off. People can hear clearly on the other end. Just..... the quality of sound for you is tinny

Poor sound
I sent this back I found the sound and voice quality poor. I used it as a headset replacement on work and home laptop. It was like the sound was flat I couldn’t understand half of what was being said and customers said I sounded very tinny but they could understand me. I switched back to the very cheap company headset and it was much better. I was probably expecting too much from a £16 headset but it really wasn’t usable for me, might be ok for quick mobile calls

I dropped it into water !!!
I lost plastic clip during carrying it in my pocketI'm truck driver running around and yesterday on huge storms in UK ( 09feb2020 ) I was working outside and it slipped out of my ear straight into stream if rain water !!! Imagine me in slo-mo trying to reach out my hand to grab it and fail ..It was like 3 seconds under water. Back to truck, heat fan on full power and put it right in front of air venTo my surprise I've heard my audiobook playing in it đź‘€I learned to use this pretty carry case instead of jacket pocket so I wouldn't loose earhook. Bear in mind it still stays in my ear even without earhook.Except that it is submersiblie more extras:--- battery life is woow! 4 days 12 hour shifts and it could last all Four! ( need to consider that I'm not callcentre guy, I talk only sometimes, but listen to audio books and podcasts almost all the time)-- sound mic. and speaker are very good for the purpose if talking/listeningMore axtras are as other reviews mention+One drowback, after few hours ( 4-5 ) I feel a bit of itchy and snall pain so just take it out of ear for about half an hour and back to work.Thanks for reading
